The Parking Telecom off-street parking solution

Our system is extremely versatile and can be set-up to fit the needs of virtually any parking facility. It can be used with great ease in office buildings, sports and cultural venues, shopping centers, hospitals, universities, convention centers, airports and transportation terminals, park & ride facilities and many more. The system can be tweaked in a matter of minutes if demand proves to require a different policy.

There are many registration methods to choose from including, but not limited to tickets, virtual Parking Card, RFID, Bluetooth, ALPR, NFC and DSRC all implemented at the Points of Entry (PoE). This makes the system extremely versatile and allow for the use of ticketless registration, payment and exit control. The fully integrated and functional ALPR lets operators implement time accumulation rules and a number-of-entries limits for all vehicles.

The multi-currency payments module can accept payments from virtually all available payment channels. There are payments through mobile, for users who use the Parking Telecom app to book and pay for their stay. Which apart from bringing convenience requires no staff to operate. There are attended and unattended pay stations which accept both cash and bank card payments. A pay@exit option, where the exit column serves as an unattended pay station is also available.

The Parking Telecom solution also includes a parking guidance system, based on variable message LED signs. They receive information from the real-time availability module, and can supply facility total, per level/area or single bay information. There is also the option to use passive single bay detection system used just for driver information. The availability information is then communicated to the Parking Telecom app, to variable message LED signs or to third parties. The signs can also display any important information in accordance with the operator’s needs.

The whole solution is completed by our cleverly engineered management software. It is a cloud solution, offering low staff management from anywhere in the world with little-to-no on-site management. All hosting and server infrastructure is cared for and supplied by the Parking Telecom staff. The system is built around a complex and versatile tariffing module, which also allows for special rules, such as early-bird, grace period, convention ticket and many more industry standard use cases. A tariff simulator is available. The solution manages subscription parkers, both for individuals and companies with multi-vehicle fleets. There is live information on vital KPIs and a reporting module allowing operators to analyze operations and make informed managerial decisions.
